Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts as we re-launch our brand. You will be working closely with the Founder and President of the agency.

 

General Responsibilities 

  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Launch and grow presence on our social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Work cross functionally to ensure social media goals align with company goals.
  • Write and curate content designed to engage followers and promote the brand in a positive way.
  • Create and execute social media campaigns to promote the brand.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to any complaints, questions and comments left on the company’s social media pages in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Continuously monitor site analytics to see what types of content followers respond to the most and adjusts the strategy accordingly.
  • Prepare reports to update internal staff on usage statistics.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Experience: (Required) 2-3 years of related social media experience (Preferred) Agency and/or sports marketing experience 
  • Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics 
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs. Etc.) 
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, SproutSocial, etc.)

Contract Amount: $1,500

Contract Term: ASAP through July 2021, or 3 months. Part-Time (10-20 hours monthly)
